Franklin Ansah-Antwi
Franklin is an organisation development practitioner and a sales professional keen on designing and facilitating interventions that seek to influence system-wide effectiveness. In the past, he has worked with BDC Consulting, Tertium Consulting and Ernst and Young. He has led interventions for several large multinationals as well as small organisations in Africa in the areas of strategy, culture, leadership development and change management. He also has a keen focus on building high-performance sales teams, challenging them to self-reflect, and go beyond the limits of their personal and external environments.
He is also the Ghana Managing Partner for ValueSelling Associates (USA) and has served as faculty for Duke Corporate Education.

Martyn Mensah
Martyn has decades of leadership and management consulting experience, with strategic planning being his special passion. He possesses specialist knowledge in strategic visioning, strategy formulation, value planning, strategy mapping, communication, strategy implementation, change integration and project management.
His professional career started in the UK with positions in Lombard Tricity Finance and National Westminster Bank. In Ghana, he worked with the Bank of Ghana and led in the establishment of Ghana’s first Pay TV Company, Multichoice Ghana Limited eventually becoming its General Manager. He then went on to establish his own management consulting firms, BDC and Tertium Consulting. He has played executive leadership roles in Kasapreko and UT Holdings in the past. He is a founding partner of StratAfrique

Sefakor Lassey
Sefakor is a passionate management professional with a multi-disciplinary background who has progressively built a solid inventory of business management skills from the various projects she has undertaken.
As a corporate advisor Sefakor has led several successful consulting projects, particularly in Strategy Development and Business Planning, assessment and deployment of Organisational Culture and Leadership Solutions, and Training. Through the development and deployment of customized solutions she has built and managed key relationships with clients across the public sector, financial services, development organizations, large multinationals and SMEs.
She is performance driven and committed to continuous learning; believing that great performance is delivered by exceptional managers who are able to apply both formal and informal/environment specific knowledge to address business challenges.
She is a Partner at Strat Afrique Ghana, a certified Denison Organisation Culture Coach and an MBTi practitioner.

David Atengble
David is a human resource practitioner with over five years of active consulting experience and nearly ten years of experience in media research with Ipsos Ghana Ltd.
He has been instrumental in supporting business development solutions that enhance client productivity. He is a great facilitator and has led and designed customised learning and development programmes in the areas of Change, Leadership and Team development, as well as Service Excellence. He has also facilitated Strategy and Organisational Culture interventions and is passionate about breaking barriers without breaking the rules.
